Can you please point me that program in which Mastercard offers debit cards without KYC requirement? It would be also good if you can provide some proof about licensed issuer. AFAIK, it's possible to get prepaid cards without documents or verification but you explicitly said on the website that your cards are not prepaid but legit debit cards. Or you consider them debit as user has to have account on your website, from which funds are spent?
I don't know how it's possible for this virtual card to work without KYC or sending any personal information, but withdrawing money from card using with Sepa, Wire Transfer and PayPal will still require KYC verification.
They do mentioned on their website that for PayPal, Sepa and Wire transfers you will have to go through KYC verification so I guess KYC-less withdraw works only via ATM, if its available as I see no mention of that.
Do you charge any other hidden or transaction fees?
What I didn't find is what are the ATM or transaction fees and somehow I doubt that they are 0.
This card service sounds very promising until you check the fees but I guess that's the price you have to pay if you want anonymity. That is, if what they are claiming is true and this things works as advertised.
