Who's next in line? This seems undefined, and it looks like this "handing over" doesn't follow the same order in which the categories were listed. It's also not following this order:

I didn’t get it? I mean what’s going on? So first of all we have the winners from Community Awards then this prize? So some one who’s declining to accept the prize doesn’t it mean declining the award too?
