No, because in general, women are already gambling their life's future when they choose a man to be with.  But seriously, if some countries prohibit gambling it is applied to both genders so I couldn't see any sense that gambling should be only for Men when it is allowed by the institution.  But sadly, some places' cultures are more favorable to men than women.
