This sounds like some kind of joke, really? this whole time when you contacted the provider had not asked these questions? so all this time what were you waiting for them to answer you? this is looking like you want to buy some time for the user to get tired and give up on this case, if in the real world things worked this way then no one would go to the casino, this is disrespectful to customers, i'm glad i don't use your site, honestly Is very disappointing what I'm reading.
