I have trouble using Wolf.bet since my IP or maybe where I live is not allowed in Wolf.bet and I can't see their terms and condition if using a VPN is allowed or not. If I use a VPN would I be able to access your site or will be banned if I insist?

If you live in one of these countries, you will not be allowed to log in to wolfbet. But as far as I know, they don't have any restrictions on VPNs.
