I know it’s hard to think of anything when you have lost your money. But one trade cannot define your future. You have to keep believing in your strategy and give it some time to show good results for you. But do take a break if you don’t feel like doing anything.
No it wasn't trading where he lost his money but he started on investments. It was trading that help him recovery and earn more. He did one to two trade's and the result seems nice, that is why he continue it and stay consistent. Often times we are not motivated on what we are doing if we see a bad result or if we think we are not progressing anymore but this is a bad mentality.
We will never be good at what we want when we don't keep pushing ourselves. Good results doesn't show up overnight but it will take for some time before they appear. Yeah, a few breaks won't hurt but it's beneficial to release the pressure and stress that we feel.
