Might've been an ISP issue or something? Check if your ISP allows gambling in the first place or whether it has banned visits for sites like Gamdom. Or maybe your country is the one restricted itself? Idrk the restrictions for using Gamdom. You can go try out stake, roobet, and rollbit.
