Though some crypto casinos or sportsbooks does not require KYC when you create an account on their platform or website but don't forget that they may ask or require you to pass a KYC if they find you suspicious. This mostly happen when a gambler on their platform withdraw their balance and other situation that will make you suspicious to their eyes or system.
Most of online casinos/sportbooks will only ask for the user's KYC verification if ever the user were on the streaks of winning and then tried to withdraw some big amount out of it. They also will ask you for it (I guess) if ever you tried to withdraw the money that you just deposited without playing any cents of it or playing 1x wagering of your deposit. They do it since casinos that has KYC are mostly regulated and they are trying to avoid their casino to be used for money laundering or illegal funding like funding terrorism.
