Though some crypto casinos or sportsbooks does not require KYC when you create an account on their platform or website but don't forget that they may ask or require you to pass a KYC if they find you suspicious. This mostly happen when a gambler on their platform withdraw their balance and other situation that will make you suspicious to their eyes or system.

They do it since casinos that has KYC are mostly regulated and they are trying to avoid their casino to be used for money laundering or illegal funding like funding terrorism.
