That is a strange behaviour, specially when they have spend 100$ bucks on Christmas giveaway. It had some issues, and it turned to be gamblers need to deposit before they can withdraw rewards, but I've managed to withdraw part of giveaway without it. Basically got free money. And I believe I was not the only one.

I think they are new to gambling, or dont really know how it should work. I think they thought creating a gambling site is sort of a "people gamble, lose, we earn, but sometimes pay rewards", but things turned to be that to be able to run a gambling site you need to have a solid budget.
