What did you come up with this time? How you are already tired of everyone with your asshole scripts like ninjastic, bpip or loycev. It's probably because of them everything is so slow?
What exactly you are complaining? I do not think admin should even care who and why they are scrapping. The contents are public and anyone can use it for whatever reasons they want. Besides none of the projects seems to have bad intention. They are well respected users.
The forum is always slow if you are using TOR connection. It's not because of the forum server it's because of the connections the TOR network swaps to communicate between client and host. In the clear net, the forum is normal just like any other website.
