Yes, the Russian government seeks to destroy the international financial system (by undermining confidence in international legal and financial institutions). 

I don't approve of this.  I believe that it is necessary to follow the path of evolution, not revolution. 

The traditional financial system is based on the petrodollar (the sale of oil and gas for US dollars).  China is promoting its currency - the yuan and the Chinese digital yuan (CBDC). 

Perhaps in the future, the yuan will be widely used to replenish deposits in online casinos. 

The weaker the US dollar, the stronger the Chinese yuan.

Previously it was profitable for the Russian government to sell oil for dollars which had a negative impact on the price of the ruble. Now that Russia has become cut off from most of the world economy and the dollar has become useless in the foreign market since the possibility of payment has been stopped it is beneficial for the government to strengthen the ruble. That is what we have been observing for the last week. This is quite logical action on the part of the ruble issuer to support the national currency.
