my advice to newbies in crypto here is always take profit don't regret if it goes up, don't be too greed. stay connected here in forum for advices. 
All the phrases I have described are good but emotional and difficult to define.It seems that you traded without a trading strategy and therefore you have made losses, building a strategy requires dealing with numbers and analyzing the market situation and thus you can know phrases such as greed, profit taking, goes up, regret buying/selling.
gains are almost from NFTs (games and airdropped),
NFT is a trend and therefore will lose its value over time, almost all altcoins fail to maintain their value in the long run.
