Use the search function browser, and just search a topic: Country restricted, withdraw and KYC. So you are not wasting the time to read all of the term & service. That topic is the most important topic you should read.

I usually check at least the privacy policy of services I'm using
and when it comes to banks and financial services I'm a bit more picky and read more of the details
I think it will vary from person to person too, if someone is putting just spare money on an online casino it's one thing, if they're putting like 3% of their net work to gamble or if their spare money is thousands of dollars then it should probably be a better idea to read all details and understand where you are.
