Besides, not really everyone gambles and not every gambling business owner is in favor of the war. Addressing it by making more sanctions will just make the average people and those people below the poverty line suffer even more. While others are rejoicing in the comforts of their homes.

I agree with you that millions of people live in the world not from countries where everyone lives richly and well. And from countries where people have problems with housing and normal nutrition. In such countries, people can play and even win a little on gambling sites. So why should they call for some kind of boycott that they do not understand, especially if their country does not condemn Russia for this military operation, but understands that it was really provoked by the nasty policy of the USA, which we see, starting with Korea, Vietnam and Yugoslavia with Libya ... almost constantly.
