It's possible that this will happen considering their moves in the last year but it's possible that every year they will be in pretty good terms at least once but after that yeah as you said they will be back out and probably will almost forever be that pump to up (does not rule out new ATH) after that it drops drastically as usual so it starts moving again from the bottom with their pumps. this will be repeated in my opinion
