I agree with you, the member seems to be completely untrustworthy. No matter what he says it does seem it is too late to save the reputation of his account now. I did say to him earlier that he should focus on being a good contributor in the forum and earn his reputation back but he has many of the hallmarks of being a farmed account.

Looks like you committed a multitude of offenses. How many chances do you need to be given to chance. Personally, I don't think you are the person that can change. You don't really care about your reputation, all you care about is money. Unfortunately for you, your account's reputation is now messed up.
