The point is that they created it right before the bull run, and now it looks like it is going up and since it is something that can survive only with hype, and it was hyped like crazy and then followed by a bull run, that usually means that there will be plenty of people who will buy this stuff and believe it is a great thing.
We all know that it is not, we all know that it has absolutely zero value, and we all know that it will go down and never come back one day. But, this situation made sure that it will take time before that happens and I am pretty sure that for at least another year we are going to see this one not going down to crash zone.
It is also ranked 44th right now. Imagine the fact that some guys created some NFT and it got hyped so they assumed they could create a token and now it is 44th biggest coin. That should tell you enough about how we are caring less and less about development and technology behind new projects and how much we care about marketing. Don't get me wrong, marketing is a very big deal in the crypto world but the reality is that it is not the biggest thing.
I do not think that anyone really did marketing for litecoin, or ethereum, but they are big. So, projects should be reviewed based on what they are providing to crypto world, these people who invest into apecoin will be very upset in the future.
