Actually DT doesn't just act for cases involving trading, but there are many other reasons why they use negative tags based on their interpretation.
Right. I know about that. But, You should not give negative feedback to anyone for abusing merit since it's not a forum rule.

If a DT member tags you for something stupid involving merit (ie. probably anything less than selling merit), then they're not going to be a DT member for much longer.
