Don't buy 3070Tis because they are hard to cool, buy the 3070 non TI instead, the Ti use gddr6x and they have high memory temp issue, at first they work normal but after a few months you will start fighting with thermal pads and paste.
Buy better AMD 6700-6800 series. They do not overheat and have no problems with LНR. For video cards 3070ti and above, you need to use closed cases with additional cooling and be ready to change thermal pads. It's not a problem, but I don't want to pay that price for a video card and then upgrade it.
