I'm still puzzled as to how this user found this thread; the last post was in 2020, and we've had hundreds of threads concerning deleted postings in recent times, yet that user chose to annoy us with this one

Nothing really confusing as I see some newbies also doing it frequently in other threads regardless of what the purpose is. But I hope someone can tell me if bumping a thread long enough like what Agbe did is against the rules, and should he also get a warning?
