If you want people to use the http://incpool.etc-auto.ru/hawaiicoin, then fix your backend so people don't think their shares are lost for good.  I sent 2mhs there for a few hours and ended up with 71 confirmed HIC - ahem, no thanks.

We need good pools for this coin, but they need to work and reflect the work the miners send to them!

I went back to solo mining and even at 0.25 diff, I'm seeing 3-5 blocks per hour.
