Examination extended + new report filed

Hi Everyone,

The court granted the supervisor/examiner an extension until May 9th. This is great news because that means they are taking it serious.  Reuters*: 'In seeking the extension, Kobayashi (the examiner) cited the involvement of investigatory agencies as well as the work required to confirm Mt. Gox's financial situation, according to a petition filed to the court.  Mt. Gox said on Wednesday it had submitted records and documents to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police as part of its civil rehabilitation application.' Also on MtGox's website: 20140328_delay_extension

It’s good to see that MtGox was finally forced to submit documents to the police.  We have reported a lot of wrongdoing (which is not public yet) and will continue to do so.  I also want to make a public call to anyone that is or was involved with MtGox and that has inside information about any wrongdoings, to come forward and report what you know.  You still have time to do the right thing and be on the right side.  We will protect you.

I also want to thank everyone for their kind emails and those that contacted us about the malleability being disproven (due to the volume of emails we can’t always reply, but everything that is sent gets read).  We have reported this to the examiner.  You can find the report below.  We will keep you informed, and please continue submitting any other evidence you have.
