Yeah, his logic fails on the most basic level. If he really believes 1xbit has customer support then it shouldn't be a problem for him to prove it instead of saying same shit as before. If there really is customer support then there would be at least one confirmed case of resolved customer complaint. But there is none. I've already said several times before, 1xbit is full of trolls in guise of "genuine customers". About on site live chat, this thing is a fucking joke. When I asked them about my transaction they told me that they don't have any information about my transactions and that I should contact their "security team".

When it comes to complaints appearing on Bitcointalk, they concern accounts blocked by the security team. Support cannot do anything about it except to refer it to the security team for reconsideration.
Your problem is that you don't understand what customer support is and what its responsibilities are, and what you should report to the security team with.
