what is there to disagree with, since you are right that 1xbit is registered in Cyprus and so is 1xbit. the company is owned by Russians and members consider 1xbit a Russian company which is why members want to include it on the list of gambling sites that should be boycotted. personally, I am not a huge fan of boycotting since it barely affects the government but can heavily affect the civilians.

Actually, according to the available information, main owner of 1X Corp N.V. Sergey Karshkov, due to problems with the Russian tax office, changed his citizenship to Cypriot:

Probably the same was done by his two partners:
