The "moving hand" is a light reflection on the inside of the windshield glass, the "moving body" is the (outside) curved sideview mirror distorting the image with the changing angle of view.

Yesterday i was walking on a carpet of broken glass, a carpet of charcoal, broke a plank of wood with only 2 inch striking space with my bare hand, broke an arrow that stuck between a tree and my throat. (Personal training stuff, i was invited).
