I think your best bet would be to ask adding a feature like this to [β] BPIP Extension: user info & extra features add-on/extension, but I also know they don't want to store any personal data. So unless an extension can use local storeage or encryption, I don't think it's going to happen.

Some people just use the Trust system as their personal scratchbook.
