1 - you deposited $100 and got blocked with the money?
2 - you asked to close your account and created another account and deposited $100 and lost everything?
if it's option 2 I think they may have been wrong to send you emails, but they didn't force you to play and lose all your money. That's why I don't see this as a scam accusation.
