These developers do nothing but PoW pump-n-dump schemes.
1. They fork a coin and create a website in 5mins on wordpress
2. enlist it to Exbitron exchange / hivebeewallet and massively dump it
3. Developers disappear
4. Create a new coin
For this current coin they have been mining it with three guys since December.

I think the reason that Exbitron is mostly being used in cases like you said is because they only require 5000 of their native token/currency for listing of one trade pair - which cost only around 55$ for 5000 token. So imo they doesnt really related to these scam, just being too easy with listing since they're new.
Edit: It's 5000 token for 2 pairs, not one.
Thats not true anymore, we charge normally 0.01 BTC for people which want list here. You cannot pay in EXTO for listing, and for info XNET paid normally in BTC.
