I'll start with questions:
- How is the text printed on the plate?
- Can text be erased?

Your business model is ideal for the lazy, and for the rest I can offer a cheap version.

Hammer and marker can buy at any hardware store (or look in your toolbox). I don't think that a piece of this inox plate will also be difficult to find. It is unlikely that you will be able to find the right size in the store, but in principle it is possible to find it (or cut it to the right size on your own).

Instead of putting text on the plate, can use a stencil (template) containing numbers, letters, cells as on your metall plate. Apply a stencil on top of the plate and make marks, after which remove the stencil and get a clean plate with dots in a chaotic manner. Try to understand and guess what the dots on the sheet of metal mean.  If still violate the order of the letters on the stencil, it will be almost impossible to decipher the info.

If use a stencil instead of printed text, this will increase the security of storing information from unauthorized persons.

Something like this, but instead of this drawing, draw your table with cells, letters and numbers.

But the stencil creates an additional weak point: need to save it (loss is fraught with bad consequences forever) and save it from others (it’s not critical without a plate). I think even storage on your PC is possible (can print it when you need it), because it will be just a stencil-template, which in itself doesn't carry anything important. Even if it leaks into the network, it is useless without a plate.

In my opinion, the option with pucks seems to me more interesting - Securing Your Seed Phrase with Washers. But with a slight correction (saw in your thread): put only the first 4 letters of each word on the washer, which will allow to fit 2 words at once (the first 4 letters of each) on 1 washer. This will reduce the number of washers to 12 (in the case of 24 words) and to 6 (in the case of 12 words). This is appropriate if you strive to reduce the object.
