Unfortunately for those gamblers it is impossible to escape their responsibilities, after all when you create an account in almost any casino you will need to check a box that indicates that you have actually read the terms of service.

So even if they want to use their ignorance as a defense this is not possible, as they had already indicated to the casino that they had supposedly read the their terms and conditions, besides the terms and conditions of most casinos are so simple that unless you are doing something shady most likely you will respect them by just being a decent customer without even realizing that you are doing it.

on people's defense, reading TOS of all websites we use is impractical, takes ages.

I'd rather read macbeth

really appreciate the websites that make it shorter and direct to the point...

but well, just playing devil's advocate here a little bit, I agree with you guys that not knowing the rules is not a valid justification for breaking them.
LOL, you are not wrong however a priority system could be employed, as you state reading the terms of service of every single website that we visit is simply impractical, however if we use a particular website a lot or we have some money in it then it makes sense to give their terms of service a read.

Besides once you read several terms of service of different casinos you will realize that most of the time the general idea is the same and that as long as you stick to certain behaviors then you are not going to have any trouble with any casino.
