I will not give you the loan but as you changed bitcoin wallet and also your password. So, I tried to verify your signature and that is done via electrum as well as verifybitcoinmessage.
I can use same wallet the wallet address used to sign message is the same wallet I have always used? I did change my password but that is why I signed the message?
