I may Pass on this because I think collective Boycott wont take any effect against Russian government and instead only the small businessman will suffer from this and besides most gambling business don't have licenses this means they may not need to connect to their government at all so let them operate and let gamblers enjoy in their activities.
Just not play on those scam Russian gambling site and consider those legit in playing , though I am respecting  the act of others and i hope they will respect mine as well.
