Just a few questions:
Does it mean that results are not final? If you have used algorithm to select participants, could you tell what were the criteria?
Is it fair to accept participant which do not fulfil the base criteria for applying? I suppose he will not be added to campaign until he collect enough activity points, right? Or we should say that all forum members are equal but some are more equal than others?

I haven't answered to the questions that I'm not related to under this type of topics so far. But as I see a post that is blaming a very valuable forum member like n0nce, I feel the need of writing an answer. The ranks on the forum are definitely important but they don't mean everything. For example, would a forum member like laszlo who has contributed to Bitcoin and Bitcointalk community a lot need to be placed below a Sr Member user if laszlo comes back today? Besides, you will see that n0nce's posts are much more efficient than most of Legendary users' if you examine n0nce's posts.
