I looked at the footer section of the site and it's a duplicate of the
coin27 site with the same look (possibly owned by the same people).
I found a slightly more detailed and reasonable review:

However, the entity has been struck off, meaning that BIT MATRIX is no longer a functioning company. Therefore, Coin156 is a brand of a company that doesn’t operate any longer! Needless to say, that’s strong evidence of a scam!
