Unfortunately, scams are not moderated in this forum, so they are allowed to run their activities here. I agree, it is a bad decision in my opinion.
Participants in their campaigns do not have to apply to work with them. It is a personal decision each individual member makes, and has consequences since those who promote and support scam cannot be innocent.
