you've asked a similar question before and I replied that is the forum does not moderate scams, the admin wants the forum to be as unrestricted as possible. since them(1xbit) being banned won't happen, the only thing we can do is spread awareness and hope gamblers who would stumble upon the scam accusations on this forum would help them reconsider their decision to play on 1xbit.
