I saw a lot of complain recently on Roobet and some of them are still left unaddressed, though it just look like a haters post and maybe the best way to solve the problem is to communicate directly with the site support. This is a new trend where someone is trying to ruin the reputation of other site and when they get the answer they will still push their claims.
