For the ones I have searched, the bonuses go with the deposit, that means, without deposit, the bonus is locked as well, you have to deposit on the agreed amount to unlock the bonus. Which I have not done that base on lack of fund. But expecting to do that whenever I have cash to unlock the bonus.
That's the majority of the casinos rule if it's about the sign up bonuses. They won't just give you the bonus without following a certain rule for that promo.
