after the worker password for the pool can you put commands like -w 256 to set the worker difficulty can't seem to get it to work maybe i'm using wrong syntax for antminers? my google results come up blank 
cgminer doesn't have a 'set difficulty' option.Good pools allow you to do that in your pool worker settings.
