You and your cousin should really read the rules of this forum. Creating new accounts is not allowed while your previous account is banned. Your "cousin-brother" must wait for his ban to be lifted before using the platform again. You can appeal any ban decisions, but I wouldn't expect it to be lifted anytime soon.
