your right no one will buy like this payment before test !! but I'm working in this business long time got scammed a lot even if u high rank bitcointalk cant go as everyone telling me ,, i send details only after payment !! I learn from my mistakes so please its my only rule ! pay and you get whatever you want
I would still say that you are not in business for a long time if you set such conditions. so even when I buy meat in a butcher's shop, I want to see what it looks like first. your reputation here is certainly not a guarantee for anything, although high ranked members cannot count on such trade conditions.
