I downloaded this Family OS and I get "you're ineligible for claiming the install bonus" when I try to claim it in the rewards page. What should I do to be eligible?
There aren't any criteria for the install bonus. Everybody's eligible. For whatever reason the system seems to think you already received one. First, please double check that you in fact haven't received the bonus. Chances are you actually got the FAMR and this is a simple UI glitch that lets you try to activate the task twice. If you're positive that you didn't get the FAMR, please send a message to @help via the Family Messenger and we'll fix this for you.
