Then why those rules at T&C about confiscating funds? I have read the whole Terms & Conditions and still do not understand what you consider to be a faucet abuse. We can claim faucet, we can play with that balance, but if we win and then deposit you can take away everything?
They have those rules in order to prevent faucet abuse. Some users who may make a small profit from playing with faucet money might be tempted to make a small deposit just to have enough balance (minimum withdrawal amount) to be able to withdraw. So, it's basically a kind of cheating.
However, I believe banning the user and confiscating his money just because of this is a bit harsh. Instead, they can simply solve this by having a separate wallet for faucet money or add a wagering requirement on deposits.
