Thank you! I was sure this has to be a scam but couldn't find that xhexs.vip URL anywhere in google search.
You can paste that url in google and it will show only the domain info without much info though.
This is common if the website is only new, which is probably made by that scammer/hacker for this purpose.
Just checked it on whois and just like that it was just registered this january.
