I've personally never used paraswap, and it's the first time I've heard of it. however, if there are no conditions that require you to sell or buy there, and you are hesitant to use it, you should choose another more reliable DEX such as pancakeswap or sushiswap. however, if you require to use it, then consider it well to use it as wisely as possible. some sources that I see say that the liquidity is low.
