Just do over.
Go to the push email you received and click again. The WOF is not invalid unless it is played. This happened with me once and everything was all ok after I clicked the banner again.
I hope you are not just opening the link by copying and pasting it. Click the banner itself.
OR, it might be possible you clicking the 48 hours and older email WOF?
Every WOF that you receive from an email is valid up to 48 hours only.
(Or try opening the link within incognito mode).
Yes, I always open the link through clicking the banner.
When the WOF ticket has been already played or has expired due to the 48 hours countdown time, a different message displays, so this captcha error is really an unique situation.
