I'm happy to accept FAC if you can get it on exchanges with a more robust
market, such as mintpal, cryptorush, cryptsy, etc. My concern is being
able to determine an exchange rate that is reasonable for both parties in
a transaction. When coinpayments.net gets back up, it's easier if you
incorporated with them as it streamlines the checkout, no need for me to
provide a quote.

However I am willing to provide a quote for customers once the buy sell
spread gets closer and the market is stronger for your coin.
