Wallets are going to be available 30 minutes before the launch with password encryption.

At 23:00 GMT +1 we're going to post the pass on Twitter (@rotocoin) and after some blocks, proceed to send the premined coins for the ones who invested on the IPO.
(We have few coins for the IPO if anyone is interested)
Block explorer is going to be available thanks to our friends of Poolerino which take part of the project!!
