Lot of complaints about Roobet? Man, this is one of the Casino's who is community lover and giver kinda casino. Have you seen art contests, twitch competitions, millions in give aways and more? Do you really think any random, spammy casino would ever think of doing this? No, because those casino's would be stealing rather than giving back! As far as I know Roobet has always smoothly paid me, my experience with their slots and games is just as perfect as I could imagine.
The complaints will comes from those users who has lost money in the process of gambling. But they do this in the rage afterwards and blame casino. However, casino is something you should not look at earning method but more or less fun and earn!
Every casino will have complaints and some of them will be valid and a lot of them will be not correct and coming from users that tried to cheat the system or created multiple accounts, ... However, customer support should always try to look into detail in all cases.
I don’t think those complaints mean anything unless they’re backed with proof, because I see many user’s complain but when we’ll ask for proof they’ll rant and then they’ll disappear hence I no longer bother myself about these complaints. Lastly I don’t think customer support should investigate each and every case as most of the time it’s the user fault and nothing really can be done about it, but if the user can back it with actual proof then the support should definitely investigate it.
