If the minimum is 0.0007 BTC and the faucet balance is 0.0002 BTC then 0.0005 BTC is missing to reach the minimum withdrawal.
So depositing the missing amount is a violation of the rules. And when someone reaches the minimum, so from faucet collects 0.0007 BTC, withdrawal will be legal and possible?
I guess it's allowed since they only mention about violation about deposit for lacking amount and they also said you can make withdraw request after you reach the withdrawal minimum.
